16/6/05: God, its been so long since i wrote here. In the past six months i have stayed solo. WE HAVE A GIG!! Yes its true, i got a gig for 19th August at one hell of a big pub! Yet, it aint been a bed of roses. Along with the gig has came a lot of stress, upset, fall outs and anger not to mention the fine line between this gig going ahead or not. Chris came on board at the start of the gig project and with him brought other local bands, however Chris and me started going out with each other when we were working on this so when Chris fell out with me 2wks ago he withdrew from the gig! Which caused me to freak out to an extent as he was my support in a sense regarding vocal work. However, i have pulled myself together and have started putting my ass into my work with or without Chris!! The Randoms, myself and Kevin were the people who started this off however last week, with only a month or so to go, The Randoms backed out because i quote: "We're back at school and to be honest with you I cant really be a***ed." Nice huh? Dogmatah are playing at hte gig and James has been the only person doing the project who has realised its potential, been adament with the gig going ahead and has stopped me stresing baout it. Its so nice to have someone who knows what there doing. Kevin Brown ( Council guy mentioned in Feb. entry) has supported me all the way and i have been told that if i need help i know where he is.
